Project Coordinator (IT / Program Support)

They are building a candidate pipeline for Project Coordinator roles supporting NYSERDA’s Internet Technology and Shared Services teams, providing administrative, coordination, and operational support across IT projects and programs.

Responsibilities
Perform data entry and maintenance in enterprise systems (e.g., PeopleSoft)
Support Project Managers with:
Task tracking
Status updates
Documentation
Assist with reporting and basic data analysis
Support continuous improvement and business process updates
Coordinate requests and triage incoming work items
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and program staff
Perform additional administrative or coordination duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
High attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication
Comfortable supporting multiple priorities simultaneously
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Professional, customer-service–oriented demeanor
Must be eligible to pass a background check
Preferred
Associate's or Bachelor's degree (any field)
Prior experience in: Project coordination
Prior experience in: Administrative support
Prior experience in: Operations or shared services
Exposure to enterprise or public-sector environments a plus
PeopleSoft (preferred, not required)
