Responsibilities
Greet clients and patients in person and over the phone
Schedule veterinary appointments and manage calendars
Check clients in and out and process payments accurately
Communicate clearly regarding services, estimates, and hospital policies
Answer multi-line phones, emails, and client inquiries
Maintain accurate client and patient records
Collaborate with veterinarians and veterinary technicians
Support daily front desk and hospital operations
Qualification
Required
Previous customer service or receptionist experience required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask in a busy animal hospital environment
Basic computer and data entry skills
Compassion for animals and their owners
Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused
Preferred
Veterinary or medical office experience preferred
