Responsibilities
Lead the enterprise-wide effort to consolidate multiple payment gateways into a unified, modern platform
Manage integration of fraud prevention, authentication, authorization, and settlement across digital and in-person sales channels
Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, technology teams, and external payment solution providers
Define and validate business requirements, review vendor contracts, and ensure deliverables meet organizational objectives
Collaborate with project managers to align scope, schedule, and resources across related workstreams
Ensure compliance with internal policies, contractual obligations, and industry regulations including PCI-DSS
Drive change management, communication, and testing activities to support implementation and adoption
Partner with credit card networks, processors, and digital wallet providers to optimize operational performance and customer experience
Support reconciliation improvements and settlement accuracy through refined business processes
Use data tools (Excel, Access, Tableau preferred) to analyze trends, support decisions, and communicate effectively with stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Deep expertise in payment systems
Experience in credit card operations
Enterprise program management skills
Ability to drive complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives from planning through execution
Experience managing integration of fraud prevention, authentication, authorization, and settlement across digital and in-person sales channels
Ability to define and validate business requirements
Experience reviewing vendor contracts
Ability to ensure deliverables meet organizational objectives
Experience collaborating with project managers to align scope, schedule, and resources across related workstreams
Knowledge of compliance with internal policies, contractual obligations, and industry regulations including PCI-DSS
Experience driving change management, communication, and testing activities to support implementation and adoption
Ability to partner with credit card networks, processors, and digital wallet providers to optimize operational performance and customer experience
Experience supporting reconciliation improvements and settlement accuracy through refined business processes
Proficiency in data tools (Excel, Access, Tableau preferred) to analyze trends, support decisions, and communicate effectively with stakeholders
