Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day level 2 operational application support
Monitor application jobs and services
Resolve application issues, problems, and incidents
Support change and release activities
Work closely with technology and business operation teams
Qualification
Required
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
Practical work experience with Unix/Linux systems
Ability to write SQL queries and perform database updates
Experience with monitoring and scheduling tools such as Autosys and Splunk
Knowledge of Informatica and Hadoop systems
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Preferred
Experience in banking platforms and associated applications
Ability to participate in incident bridge calls effectively
Experience documenting and maintaining operations procedures
