Responsibilities
Create visually appealing graphics for various marketing materials, including but not limited to, social media posts, email campaigns, website content, advertisements, and presentations
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and designs that align with the company's brand and marketing objectives
Assist in the implementation of SEO strategies to improve the company's online visibility and drive traffic to the website
Manage Google Ads campaigns, including keyword research, ad creation, and performance tracking
Support the marketing team in coordinating and executing promotional activities, events, and campaigns
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design and marketing to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our marketing materials
Provide design support to other departments as needed, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines
Qualification
Required
Proven experience (5+ years) in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and innovative design work in both print and digital applications
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design tools
Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, PPC, and content marketing
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to follow directions and routines, work independently with appropriate judgment, exhibit spatial awareness, read words and numbers, concentrate, memorize, and recall, identify logical connections, and determine the sequence of response and process up to 2-3 steps ahead
Ability to attend work on a regular, predictable, and consistent basis to commute to and from work safely and arrive at work on time
