Responsibilities
Train models using millions of pages of documents to interpret and summarize a range of medical records
Work with open source LLMs to build in-house capabilities that will help assist doctors, customers, and employees
Take advantage of massive amounts of data to understand how our customers interact with our product and service offerings
Lead the design, analysis, and interpretation of projects from data requirement gathering to data processing, modeling, and recommendations
Proactively identify opportunities to improve the experience of doctors on the MDpanel family of apps using data science
Effectively communicate insights and recommendations to business leaders and influence strategic decision-making
Frequently switch between on-the-ground tactical execution and high level strategy
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in a data science capacity in a business strategy, marketing, finance, engineering, or analytics organization
Experience with data querying and manipulation using Python, SQL, or R
Experience with data analysis and statistical modeling using packages such as Pandas, statsmodels, scikit-learn, tinygrad, or similar
Communication and presentation skills
Self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity, experience initiating and driving projects with minimal oversight and guidance
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, a relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience
