Responsibilities
Deploy Zscaler solutions (ZIA and ZPA) for clients, configuring policies and settings to ensure secure internet access and application connectivity while integrating with existing network infrastructure
Conduct regular maintenance checks on Zscaler systems, upgrade appliances and software to the latest versions, and monitor the health and performance of Zscaler services
Provide technical support to resolve issues related to Zscaler products, troubleshoot network and security issues, and collaborate with Zscaler support teams for complex problem resolution
Ensure Zscaler deployments comply with relevant security standards and regulations, monitor security logs and alerts, and advise on best practices for security and privacy within the Zscaler ecosystem
Create and maintain documentation for Zscaler system configurations and procedures, train internal teams or clients on effective use of Zscaler products, and develop knowledge articles and educational materials
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in deploying and configuring Zscaler solutions (ZIA and ZPA) in enterprise environments
Strong understanding of network infrastructure, security protocols, and cloud security principles
Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve complex technical issues related to network and security
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to train and educate diverse audiences
Commitment to staying current with the latest developments in cloud security and Zscaler products, with a proactive approach to innovation and process improvement
