Salve.Lab is seeking experienced finance professionals to collaborate with AI researchers on evaluating and improving large language models used in financial analysis. The role focuses on applying real-world finance expertise to assess AI-generated outputs and help shape how AI systems understand complex financial concepts.

Responsibilities

Evaluate AI / LLM outputs across finance use cases where models underperform

Apply professional finance judgment to assess analyses, assumptions, and conclusions

Create clear rubrics and benchmarks to measure model quality (e.g. deal analysis, M&A assessments, financial modelling)

Collaborate with AI researchers and other finance experts to improve training and evaluation methods

Required

3+ years of experience in one or more of the following: Investment Banking, Private Equity, Venture Capital, Capital Markets, Portfolio Management, Research, Trading, Quant, FP&A, Accounting, or Financial Consulting

Strong understanding of core finance concepts (investment analysis, forecasting, valuation, corporate finance, asset management, risk management, etc.)

Excellent written English communication
