Responsibilities
Configuring and customizing ServiceNow VR module to handle vulnerability identification, prioritization, remediation, and reporting
Designing workflows, business rules, client scripts, and integrations for the VR lifecycle
Integrating VR with external vulnerability scanners and CMDB for automated data import and correlation
Configuring MID Servers, data sources, and API connections for data ingestion
Developing automation for vulnerability assignment, remediation tracking, and exception management
Creating custom dashboards, reports, and Performance Analytics indicators for vulnerability KPIs and trends
Qualification
Required
5-9 years of hands-on development experience with ServiceNow platform
At least 2 years of experience with VR module implementation
Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and REST/SOAP integrations
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
