Responsibilities
Support the implementation and daily operations of the care management use case within Client HIEA
Define business and technical requirements to support program goals
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including Medicaid and healthcare providers
Coordinate and conduct system testing to validate functionality and data accuracy
Troubleshoot and resolve data exchange and interoperability issues
Ensure all program activities are aligned with overall strategies and compliance requirements
Document processes, requirements, and implementation updates
Support improvements in data sharing to enhance Medicaid quality and care management outcomes
Qualification
Required
Knowledge of Medicaid operations and data exchange
Experience supporting healthcare interoperability or health information exchange (HIE) initiatives
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and manage complex projects
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
