Responsibilities
Experience with configuring and implementing Service Graph Connectors
Strong Functional and Technical knowledge of the Platform providing guidance and support to deliver solutions
Subject Matter Expert in developing, scripting and configuring solutions on the platform
Experience in maintaining CMDB, Asset Management and other Asset/Configuration Management repositories
Excellent understanding of Infrastructure configurations, CI classes and their relationships
Experience with MID Server Administration
Expert knowledge in ACLs, ATFs and Performance Analytics
Subject Matter Expert in ITSM and CSM modules to include platform architecture, table structure and core functionalities including configurations
Integration Capabilities with third party applications using REST APIs, SOAP; Knowledge on Integration Hub and Flow Designer for creating Integrations and automating processes
Experience with Platform Analytics, Process Mining and Process Automation
Ability to perform Platform upgrades and clones
Ability to evaluate and implement Security Center alerts
