Inspect products and quality control of orders to ensure quality standards are maintained
Control the quality of the inventory, and categorize inventory in the database
Basic data entry and computer skills
Using in-house software, providing precise, accurate information for records
Meeting immediate goals, deadlines, standards, and expectations
Take on additional duties as assigned by leadership
Strong attention to detail

Required

Inspect products and quality control of orders to ensure quality standards are maintained

Take on additional duties as assigned by leadership
Strong attention to detail
"Hands-on" attitude; hard-working, can work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to communicate proficiently
Positive, high energy, team-spirited
Detail-oriented and accurate; ability to learn new platforms
Ability to lift a maximum of 50 lbs based on the needs of the role
Must operate with a sense of urgency, and have attention to detail

Preferred

Knowledge of Google Suite, Zendesk, and Shopify is a plus
Previous experience in Quality Control
Previous experience in fulfillment/shipment is preferred but not required
Previous experience in eCommerce is ideal and retail experience is useful
