LanceSoft, Inc. is seeking a Packaging Machine Operator I for their Mount Vernon facility. This entry-level role is responsible for packaging, cleaning, and assisting with production tasks within the plant.

Responsibilities

Spotting out-bound trucks into material load docks, ensuring dock-locks
Reclaiming off-quality Unbonded Loosefill and refeeding the material to the forehearth
Packaging operator placing bags on bagger equipment snouts ensuring proper packaging of finished goods material
Performs general cleanup duties in designated areas (including, but not limited to, sweeping floor, blowing down the line/robot, cleaning break rooms, etc.)
Assist with Preventative Maintenance processes
Perform special needs as determined by plant staff
Participates in safety and housekeeping programs as established within the plant

Required

Must be able to read, write, and speak English

Must have to ability to do intermediate mathematical calculations

Preferred

1 – 3 years manufacturing experience
