Responsibilities
Manage and optimize Google Ads accounts (Search, Demand Gen, YouTube where applicable) to drive client lead generation efforts
Build and execute scalable, data-driven paid search strategies
Make decisions around account structure, budget allocation, and performance optimization
Evaluate and improve performance across the entire funnel, from traffic to conversion to revenue
Identify bottlenecks and growth opportunities beyond paid media
Partner with client teams to improve client KPI's
Serve as the primary point of contact and growth leader for assigned clients
Lead client calls with clear direction, strategy, and next steps
Provide consultative guidance and recommendations to drive business growth
Proactively push initiatives that improve results and long-term performance
Track, analyze, and report on key performance and revenue metrics
Align paid media strategy with client business goals
Own outcomes related to growth, efficiency, and client success
Qualification
Required
2-6+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience
Strong understanding of performance marketing and business funnels
Experience scaling accounts profitably
Comfort operating in a client-facing, consultative role
Ability to lead conversations and drive initiatives forward
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
Willingness to work in-person in the United States
