Responsibilities

Responsible for supporting corporate and client initiatives by incorporating the principles and practices of strategy and organizational change management as well as thought leadership to integrate organizational change management approaches
Works to enhance the overall capacity of the client and/or stakeholders’ mission and outcomes by delivering training on organizational change theories, tools, and techniques and serving as a coach to PMs, product owners, task and technical leads, and other change practitioners
Plays a role in stakeholder transformation as we work to shift mindsets and behaviors
Support process enhancements and key program interventions as required. Lead and guide project teams in the effort to transform, develop and implement initiatives designed to support people, business and technology impact ensuring effective adoption
Develops, delivers, and coordinates organizational change management work, including stakeholder management, sponsorship, communications, training, change impact analysis, change readiness assessments, change leadership, organizational design/effectiveness, business transformation, and culture
Provide strategy and change management thought leadership support to executives, sponsors, clients and/or business owners
Support integration of Organizational Change Management into initiative approaches and methodologies
Engage with partners in Training, Communications, Content Management to improve our change impact, communications, collaboration and adoption of change initiatives
Lead the annual Strategy Development process and thoroughly understand their client group's strategic priorities, the business imperatives, and customers business
Provide guidance and coaching to project team members of varying levels and discipline on change management best practices. Coach and mentor junior staff members

Looking for Senior business manager
9-month role with subject to extension
Working hand in hand with business change management consultants
Working with Product Owners/Product Managers/technical leads
We work in business-to-business environment
Bringing some organizational change management practices
Ideal candidate will be changing management practitioner
No certifications are required
Exp with Member360
5 years of exp in change manager role
Need to come 2 or 3 times within the 9-month period
2nd round in-person round
Healthcare background is not required
DMV candidates preferred
5 years' experience in a change management role
Bachelor's Degree
In lieu of a bachelor's degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience
