Responsibilities
Partner with warehouse managers to identify operational issues, pain points, and opportunities for improvement
Translate operational needs into clear, actionable business requirements and user stories
Prioritize enhancements and initiatives to ensure alignment with business goals and operational efficiency
Analyze warehouse data using SQL or BI tools to support decision-making and validate solutions
Manage development and support teams to design, implement, and deploy process or system improvements
Define and track KPIs to measure the impact of implemented solutions
Oversee testing, validation, and rollout of new features and solutions across warehouse operations
Monitor performance metrics and develop KPIs to measure the success of implemented changes
Act as the bridge between business operations and technology, ensuring communication is clear and consistent
Stay current on warehouse technology trends and recommend new tools, systems, or best practices
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in warehouse operations (logistics, supply chain, or distribution center)
5+ years Experience as a Technical Team lead working with cross-functional teams
Strong ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Solid data analysis skills: ability to run SQL queries, extract insights, and present findings to stakeholders
Background and experience in designing and architecting software solutions
Excellent communication skills for working with both operations staff and IT/development teams
Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills; ability to balance quick wins with long-term improvements
Familiarity with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems), ERP systems, and related technologies
Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, operations, or related field (MBA a plus)
