Develop and refine legal rubrics for AI training in venture capital and startup finance
Draft, review, and annotate term sheets, SAFEs, Stock Purchase Agreements, and related documents
Translate complex VC legal and financial concepts into actionable AI training guidance
Provide structured feedback to enhance AI comprehension and output quality
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to optimize model performance
Monitor and improve AI outputs to ensure alignment with current VC market standards
Document best practices and evolving trends for continuous AI training improvement
Qualification
Required
Law degree (JD, LLB, or equivalent) with active license to practice law
Demonstrated experience in venture capital or startup financing transactions
Proven track record drafting and negotiating term sheets, SAFEs, SPAs, and convertible instruments
Deep understanding of cap tables, dilution, valuation mechanics, and corporate governance
Exceptional written and verbal legal communication skills
Ability to distill complex transactional concepts for non-legal and technical audiences
