Responsibilities

Build Product: Rapidly contribute to our Chat and Voice AI products, eventually owning your own product or product lines

Technical Leadership: Drive technical decisions and architecture design, shaping the foundation of our solutions

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with co-founders and other team members to translate business vision into actionable project plans

Ownership: Take full product ownership from ideation to launch, including integration into existing systems

Required

Strong preference for candidates with prior startup experience

2-8 years of hands-on software engineering experience with frontend, backend, or full-stack focus (a mix is ok)

Ideally, candidates should have attended a college ranked in the top 20 in the United States, or the IITs in India, or other top ranked software engineering program

Strong background in Python (Django experience is a plus)

Proficiency in Next.js, React, and ShadCN

Proficient with AWS or Google Cloud

Familiarity with Kubernetes and Docker is a big plus
