Responsibilities

Develop deep working knowledge of Nightingale’s hardware, software, and flight operations
Coordinate with customers prior to deployment to prepare site infrastructure and logistics
Install, configure, provision, and validate autonomous UAS systems at customer sites
Perform system testing and ensure deployments meet operational and regulatory requirements
Train end users on system operation, best practices, and applicable aviation regulations
Serve as a technical point of contact during deployments and early operational use
Assist with customer support, troubleshooting, and post-deployment follow-up
Provide feedback to internal engineering and product teams based on field experience

Required

FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate or the ability to obtain one
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proven problem-solving mindset and adaptability

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Technical aptitude across hardware and software systems
Strong organizational skills and professional work ethic
Passion for aviation, robotics, and emerging technology

Preferred

Familiarity with FAA regulations and compliance
UAS system deployment or operational experience
Background in industrial or high-tech equipment installation
International travel experience
