Responsibilities

Bridge the gap between IT and business by gathering requirements and translating them into effective solutions
Support, manage, and enhance Oracle ERP systems that drive L&L’s global manufacturing and supply chain operations
Analyze processes to identify improvements that increase efficiency and business value
Partner with cross-functional teams to implement technology solutions that align with organizational goals

Required

5+ years of IT experience with deep Oracle ERP expertise, preferably in automotive manufacturing or Tier 1 supplier environments
Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP implementations (2+ full lifecycle) and ongoing production support
Strong ability to gather and document requirements, map processes, and collaborate across departments including finance, supply chain, and engineering
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field

Preferred

Strong functional expertise in Oracle R12.2.x across Financials and Supply Chain
Familiarity with AIM methodology and RICE design principles
Proficiency in writing ad-hoc SQL queries and strong working knowledge of the Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) application
Experience setting up EDI transactions in Oracle for customers and suppliers
