Responsibilities
Collaborate with business teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements
Convert business requirements into user stories for development teams
Work closely with developers and architects to articulate technical capabilities and constraints
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery
Support large-scale program initiatives by providing detailed analysis and recommendations
Ensure all documentation is clear, accurate, and maintained throughout the project lifecycle
Facilitate meetings, workshops, and discussions to drive consensus and resolve issues
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst on large program initiatives
Ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to developers, architects, and non-technical stakeholders
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
Experience in creating user stories, process flows, and technical documentation
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
Preferred
Healthcare industry experience preferred
Strong understanding of Pega CDH (preferred)
Experience in healthcare-related projects
Hands-on experience with Pega CDH
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities
