They are seeking a highly motivated candidate to join their team as a Business Service Specialist I, responsible for supporting core operations across Document Management, Release Services, and Title Services. The role involves timely and accurate processing of title-related requests while adhering to established production and quality standards.

Responsibilities

Process and manage documents within assigned operational areas, including Document Management, Release Services, and Title Services
Act as a collateral/title specialist supporting internal business partners
Respond to email inquiries, faxes, and service tickets in a professional and timely manner
Engage customers to assess needs and provide appropriate assistance
Conduct research, data entry, and account follow-up using company proprietary systems
Process applications for duplicate vehicle titles, title changes, and related payments
Maintain workflow standards and follow detailed instructions and procedures
Meet or exceed productivity and quality benchmarks
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
Processing incoming title maintenance requests for existing lender accounts
Operate mail and document-handling equipment
Identify and manage collateral documents accurately
Handle escalated or expedited transactions as assigned
Perform additional duties as required
Work a flexible schedule, including occasionally mandatory overtime, as business needs to dictate

Required

Education: High School Diploma (HSD), GED, or equivalent work experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with standard office equipment (PC, telephone, fax, scanner, photocopier)
Basic computer skills, including MS Office (Excel, Outlook)
Data entry proficiency with the ability to type at least 35 WPM with 99.6% accuracy

Preferred

Prior experience in customer service role
Ten-key skills for payment transaction processing
Familiarity with DMV requirements and related documentation
Knowledge of various state DMV forms and their application
Experience in using company proprietary systems
Understanding of U.S. state abbreviations
