Responsibilities
Appoint and coordinate arbitrators for arbitration cases
Schedule and reschedule hearings and pre-hearing conferences
Prepare and distribute case-related correspondence and notices
Maintain accurate electronic and physical case files
Manage hearing logistics, including room reservations and recordings
Respond to inquiries from arbitrators and parties
Process case updates, arbitrator oaths, and expense documentation
Support audit, reporting, and cross-training initiatives as needed
Qualification
Required
Legal, arbitration, or administrative background preferred
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and professionalism
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Strong reliability and consistent attendance required
Full-time position, Monday–Friday
Hybrid work schedule: up to two remote days per week
Mandatory in-office attendance one day per month
Financial District, New York City (commutable required)
