Responsibilities
Oversee and manage enterprise print systems for optimal performance and reliability
Administer and maintain Active Directory, including Group Policy creation and management
Provide advanced administration of Microsoft 365 tools and services for seamless collaboration
Apply system management processes to ensure efficient operations aligned with organizational goals
Implement and maintain security protocols using advanced techniques to safeguard enterprise data
Coordinate nightly and weekend patching, upgrades, and troubleshooting to maintain system integrity
Collaborate across teams to produce accurate documentation for system rewrites, upgrades, and knowledge transfer
Work independently to learn new systems and processes, ensuring adaptability and growth
Communicate effectively with technical teams and stakeholders, providing clear updates on progress and issues
Qualification
Required
Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in Printer Administration and Management
Minimum 8 years of expertise in Active Directory and Group Policy administration
Minimum 8 years of experience with Microsoft 365 administration
Proven knowledge of system management processes and file structure organization
Minimum 8 years of experience implementing advanced system security measures
Strong collaboration and teamwork skills with excellent communication abilities
Minimum 8 years of experience providing on-call support, including after-hours and weekends
Ability to work independently with attention to detail and initiative to learn new technologies
