Responsibilities
Work directly with customer product team as an Oracle Cloud EPM-PCMCS Consultant
Gather and analyze business requirements, perform Fit-Gap analysis
Prepare project documents, including Solution design and Functional Specifications
Explain business requirements to team members and write functional requirement documents
Work closely with users during user acceptance testing phase
Qualification
Required
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
10 years of experience in business analysis and EPM PCMCS implementation
Strong understanding of EPM Cloud systems and Business Process Flows
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders
Experience with cloud-based EPM solutions and integration methodologies
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools
Proactive approach to identifying and resolving challenges
Preferred
Experience with integration tools and practices for EPM systems
Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team empowerment
Experience in creating and executing test scenarios
