Responsibilities
Deliver daily QA support to warehouse, bulk manufacturing, and packaging operations
Communicate quality events promptly to management and maintain proper documentation
Perform or support Batch Record Review, Raw Material, Bulk, and Finished Product Releases
Conduct and support investigations (including writing, reviewing, and approvals)
Perform Line Audits and Cleaning Verification activities to ensure compliance
Support the design, creation, and revision of SOPs, quality processes, and training initiatives
Assist in Consumer Complaint investigations and related documentation
Collaborate with project teams, providing QA expertise where required
Capture and analyze site quality metrics, recommending process improvements
Train new employees and represent QA positively in cross-functional settings
Proactively identify and report deviations, ensuring timely resolution
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance within a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical or manufacturing environment
Strong knowledge of cGMP, CFR, and FDA regulations
Hands-on experience with Batch Record Review, Product Release, CAPA, and Change Control
Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with cross-functional teams
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities under limited supervision
Familiarity with documentation systems and quality management tools
