Define roadmap, pilot acceptance criteria, and "golden road” templates/workflows that incorporate AI-driven development lifecycle improvements
Translate business outcomes into platform requirements; prioritize backlog for GenAI features (e.g., developer assistants, automated testing/QA)
Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and own planning, success metrics, and GA definition
Qualification
Required
5+ years product or technical program experience in DevOps/platform products
Proven experience scoping and launching GenAI features or developer-facing AI products
Strong background with Atlassian product configurations
CI/CD
Stakeholder alignment
