Responsibilities
Provide high-level administrative support to IS leadership and staff, including scheduling, document preparation, and travel arrangements
Maintain accurate records, organize department files, and manage supply inventory
Support timekeeping and payroll processes using systems like Kronos
Create, format, and proof complex documents, reports, agendas, and meeting minutes
Assist in performance improvement initiatives, cost-saving practices, and department compliance efforts
Ensure adherence to safety, privacy, and HIPAA regulations
Complete all assigned tasks during your shift and communicate follow-ups
Participate in performance improvement and cost management initiatives
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Highly organized, dependable, and tech-savvy with a strong sense of responsibility
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities accurately
3+ years of administrative or coordinator experience (IS or healthcare setting preferred)
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and database/reporting tools
Excellent attention to detail, multitasking, and communication skills
Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and ability to support a fast-paced team
Familiarity with safety, privacy, and HIPAA regulations
Preferred
Post-high school education or vocational training in office administration
