Inside Higher Ed is seeking a Student Mentorship Program Manager to provide strategic development and operational execution for mentorship initiatives under the LEAD program. The role involves connecting business students with peers, alumni, faculty, and industry professionals, while also supervising student assistants and developing marketing materials to recruit and retain mentors and mentees.

Responsibilities

Provides strategic development, operational execution, and ongoing improvement of mentorship initiatives under the LEAD program
Connects business students with peers, alumni, faculty, and industry professionals
Plans, implements, and evaluates LEAD mentoring and supports the ongoing development of LEAD coaching
Supervises student assistants and program ambassadors
Develops and distributes marketing materials to recruit and retain mentors and mentees

Required

Bachelor's degree and four (4) years of experience; OR master's degree and two (2) years of experience
Excellent organization and people skills

Ability to work independently and with various groups of people
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to analyze and solve problems
Ability to develop and work with a team
Sound judgement, discretion, and ability to use independent judgement

Preferred

Master's degree and two (2) years of experience in higher education
Experience with mentoring
