Responsibilities
Gather and analyze business requirements to identify projects and technologies for significant operational results
Coordinate and facilitate the work of cross-functional internal resources involved in business processes
Involve in the full software development lifecycle: analysis, design, configuration, setup, testing, implementation, and support
Support business process owners to foster a positive IT customer relations environment
Design and implement business processes in line with market best practices
Develop detailed system design documentation to support system requirements
Provide guidance on creating standards, testing procedures, version control, etc
Manage change through the full SDLC with strong change management skills
Qualification
Required
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
3 to 5 years' experience supporting and customizing QAD or similar ERP applications
Experience in Business Process design and maintenance
Proficiency in Testing execution and documentation
Experience in the full SDLC from conception through support in both Waterfall and Agile environments
Experience with ERP integration with other systems using various technologies
Knowledge of Functional, System, Integration, Unit, and Regression testing
Preferred
Experience in a production support role within a manufacturing environment
Experience with Progress Open Edge ABL or other functional languages
Experience with TailorPro, Pro2, and other QAD support tools
