Responsibilities
Lead multiple projects with precision—on time, on budget, aligned with big-picture goals
Build governance frameworks, track performance, and mitigate risks to keep programs on course
Champion Scaled Agile (SAFe), lead Scrum of Scrums, and ensure seamless cross-team collaboration
Harness AI tools to accelerate decision-making and boost program efficiency
Own program-level reporting and roadmaps, keeping leadership informed and engaged
Optimize resources, balance priorities, and ensure every initiative delivers lasting value
Qualification
Required
Proven success managing complex tech programs with measurable business outcomes
Expertise in PMO best practices, governance, risk management, and performance reporting
Hands-on experience with Jira dashboards and portfolio visibility
Strong leadership skills—building, mentoring, and inspiring IT project teams
Preferred
