Call Center Representative - Banking (Contract-to-hire)
Salve.Lab is seeking Primary Call Center Representatives to support high-volume inbound customer service operations for their banking client in Pittsburgh. The role involves handling customer inquiries, processing requests, and providing support for digital banking while meeting performance metrics.

Responsibilities
Handle a high volume of inbound calls related to banking products and services
Identify customer needs and provide accurate resolutions or recommendations
Process requests such as disputes, refunds, stop payments, payoff quotes, and account updates
Support basic online and mobile banking troubleshooting (password resets, bill pay, etc.)
Promote relevant bank products and services when appropriate
Act as a liaison between customers and branch operations
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call center KPIs
Deliver professional, empathetic, and customer-focused service at all times
Qualification
Required
3+ years of high-volume inbound call center experience (minimum 60+ calls per day)
Strong customer service and verbal communication skills
High School Diploma or GED required
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience using softphone systems
Strong typing and multitasking skills
Permanent right to work in the US
Preferred
Banking or financial services experience
CRM, Workday, or relationship management systems
Softphone / Mitel experience
