Sales/CRM Business Analyst
RIT Solutions, Inc. is looking for a Sales/CRM Business Analyst to enhance the customer experience in their Dallas office. The analyst will lead process reviews, design customer journey enhancements, and collaborate with various stakeholders to support data mapping and analytics.

Responsibilities
Lead process reviews for quote creation, modification, and conversion across Salesforce and IBM Sterling
Design and document customer journey enhancements across showroom touchpoints
Collaborate with sales reps, showroom stakeholders, developers, and testers
Support data mapping, analytics, and KPI tracking for customer interactions
Qualification
Required
Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder
Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on CRM and customer experience
Proven ability to translate customer experience goals into actionable system and process requirements
Preferred
Some understanding of Salesforce CRM and/or IBM OMS platforms preferred
