Responsibilities

This position is for a Ping Directory Engineer with 5-7+ years’ experience and proficiency in the following areas -
PingDirectory product (Data/Schema/Policy management and system level experience including upgrades)
LDAP and SCIM protocols
Troubleshooting authentication, integration, and system issues
Ping Directory deployment on AWS or Linux, Highly available architecture
Exposure to Agile methodology
Good communication, documentation, and team player skills
Be able to support off-hours production releases and provide off hours on-call operations support

Required
