Responsibilities

Develop and communicate a clear product vision that aligns with company strategy and goals

Conduct market research and analysis to understand user needs, industry trends, and competitor landscape; use insights to guide product decisions

Build and maintain a strategic product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business value and customer impact

Gather and document requirements from stakeholders, including product teams, business leaders, and technical teams

Prioritize product features and enhancements using strategic goals, customer feedback, and resource considerations

Write detailed user stories, specifications, and acceptance criteria for development teams

Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and support teams to ensure alignment and successful product delivery

Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating requirements and facilitating communication

Engage with customers and end-users to gather feedback, validate concepts, and ensure product-market fit

Plan and execute product launches, including go-to-market strategies and sales enablement

Monitor product performance using KPIs and analytics; analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement

Implement continuous feedback loops to iterate on the product and enhance user experience

Maintain a strong technical understanding of front-end frameworks (React, Next.js), Node.js, and related tools to communicate effectively with engineering teams

Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies to strengthen the UI platform’s scalability, security, and performance

Address technical challenges and collaborate with development teams to deliver effective solutions

Identify potential risks in product development and create mitigation strategies

Ensure products comply with relevant industry standards, regulations, and internal policies

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred

5+ years in product management or technical program management, preferably in software development or SaaS environments

Strong technical background in UI technologies (React, Next.js, Node.js) and experience managing design systems or component libraries

Proven ability to develop and communicate product strategy, requirements, and roadmaps

Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills

Experience working cross-functionally in agile environments

Familiarity with risk management and regulatory compliance practices
