Account Manager with IT/Data Centers, C-Level’s Sales Exp.
Talentsearchpro is seeking a Sales Account Manager responsible for achieving sales quota through direct sales to enterprise customers in the Minneapolis area. The role involves developing strong relationships and territory plans while managing accounts directly, even if business is booked through channels.

Adhere to company policies and ethical guidelines
Follow selling process
Responsible for booking business per the company bookings policies and revenue recognition policy
Understand the customer’s business and how our products impact their business
Develop strong relationships and coaches in the accounts
Develop territory plan with identified F1000 targets in assigned territory
Develop a pipeline of 4X quota and is constantly prospecting in new or existing accounts
Consistently call at multiple levels high and wide in accounts
Work collaboratively with Sales Engineers to ensure ongoing account technical support
Follow company strategy and direction
Candidate will need to live in the Minneapolis / St. Paul, MN area
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
8+ years sales experience in Computer Networking, Service Assurance
6+ years' experience selling into IT / Data Centers, C-Level
Quantifiable track record of success
Exceptional and consistent quota achievement
Established customers and contacts
Solid territory knowledge
Live in the Minneapolis / St. Paul, MN area
Preferred
MBA is a plus
