Responsibilities
Support the financial modeling and execution of multifamily, student housing, and self-storage acquisitions
Lead comprehensive due diligence on prospective acquisitions, including market research, rent comp analysis, and historical performance reviews
Participate in structuring and negotiation discussions with partners, lenders, and other key stakeholders
Prepare high-quality IC memos and presentations for internal committees and external investment partners
Support initiatives to scale the firm’s equity platform, including process optimization and targeted market research
Qualification
Required
2-7 years' experience in commercial real estate investments (equity or credit), with exposure to major asset classes (preferably multifamily)
Excellent academics from an accredited institution
Highly proficient in Excel, with the ability to build and interpret financial and valuation models
Entrepreneurially minded, collaborative, team-oriented professional with the ability to work effectively across a dynamic & fast-moving organization
Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to clearly present complex financial information to senior stakeholders and investors
