The role involves gathering requirements, conducting analysis, and testing functional requirements while serving as a liaison between program areas and technical support teams.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather and document requirements for immunization individual user agreements automation
Write detailed test scripts, test upcoming patches, identify issues, and provide results to support go/no-go decisions
Track all tickets and follow up with vendors and IT teams to ensure timely resolution
Support testing of new CHIRP modules such as Vaccine Transfers, Returns, and VOMS
Partner with IT and Immunization teams to identify and resolve data quality issues (duplicate patients, bad merges, duplicate facilities, invalid vaccines)
Analyze business and user needs, document requirements, and translate them into system requirement specifications
Address electronic data transmission issues and use PHC-Hub and IQ to create reports notifying providers and EMR vendors of data errors
Follow up with IT and program teams to improve data reporting timeliness, accuracy, and completeness
Facilitate delivery of technical business solutions to program areas and users
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Business requirements analysis and documentation
Quality assurance testing and validation
Test script creation and execution
Issue tracking and vendor coordination
Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration
Preferred
Experience with public health or immunization systems
Familiarity with CHIRP, PHC-Hub, or IQ reporting tools
Knowledge of electronic data transmission and EMR integrations
