Responsibilities
Configure and troubleshoot Cisco and Arista network devices
Perform basic network configurations (routing, VLANs, interface setups)
Update and maintain SolarWinds for network monitoring
Keep the Service Now CMDB (Configuration Management Database) accurate and up to date
Assist in network deployments and upgrades
Document configurations and maintain network diagrams
Qualification
Required
Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching)
3-5+ years Hands-on experience with Cisco IOS and Arista EOS
Familiarity with SolarWinds and Service Now CMDB processes
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Good communication and teamwork abilities
Preferred
CCNA or equivalent certification
Experience with automation tools (Python, Ansible) is a plus
Knowledge of network security principles
