This role will lead the transformation of global network operations using data-driven insights and automation solutions, defining and executing strategies to optimize network availability, performance, efficiency, and risk reduction.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute a roadmap for analytics and automation aligned with business goals
Drive automation-first strategies to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency
Lead and mentor a high-performing global team of analysts and engineers
Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and industry standards
Establish and monitor KPIs and service-level objectives for operational effectiveness
Partner with stakeholders to align execution with product and business strategy
Promote innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Oversee solution delivery, production health, resiliency, and security compliance
Build workforce strategy, hiring practices, and employee development plans
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (Computer Science or related field)
15+ years of experience in network operations, automation, and leadership
Strong knowledge of network protocols, automation tools, and observability platforms
Hands-on experience with: Terraform, Itential, NetDevOps, Splunk, Python, React.JS, Django, MySQL, Redis, AI/ML-driven analytics and automation platforms
Experience building custom applications using Python, analytics, and data science
Proven ability to lead global teams in complex enterprise environments
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational change leadership skills
Preferred
Knowledge of Agile frameworks and SCRUM ceremonies
Experience in financial services or other regulated industries
Familiarity with public and hybrid cloud networking
