Responsibilities

Own employer onboarding from kickoff through launch, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and expectations are clear and met
Lead recurring virtual meetings with employer decision-makers (HR, Benefits, Finance), confidently guide discussions, manage timelines, and drive decisions to keep implementations on track
Guide employer stakeholders through Pasito’s platform, workflows, and best practices with clarity and confidence
Independently configure, review, and QA employer setups, ensuring benefits, plans, eligibility, and content are accurately reflected before go-live
Coordinate with internal Design, Engineering, and Operations teams to deliver benefits guides, microsites, tables, and other employer-facing assets
Ensure employer data, branding, and content are accurately reflected in Pasito before go-live
Serve as the primary point of contact for employer clients throughout the year
Maintain strong employer relationships through proactive communication and regular check-ins
Support employers during key moments such as open enrollment, plan changes, and renewals
Identify risks early and proactively address issues before they escalate
Partner closely with Consultant Client Success teams supporting brokers to ensure a seamless broker–employer experience
Work with Product and Engineering to translate employer needs into clear requirements, feedback, and improvement opportunities
Collaborate with Sales on expansions, renewals, and account health
Track employer engagement, onboarding progress, and ongoing usage
Maintain clear documentation and notes in internal systems (e.g., Notion, ClickUp)
Report insights and trends related to employer needs, challenges, and successes

Required

3+ years experience in client success, account management, implementation, or consulting roles
US citizen/visa only
Client-focused, organized, and comfortable managing multiple employer relationships at once
Able to quickly learn new systems and workflows and apply them independently
Confident leading employer conversations and guiding stakeholders through change
Detail-oriented and proactive
Collaborative and comfortable working across teams
Calm, professional, and solutions-oriented in client-facing situations
Energized by helping clients succeed with AI

Preferred

3-5 years experience in client success, account management, implementation, or consulting roles
Experience with employee benefits, HR, insurance, or employer-facing SaaS
Exposure to broker-led or multi-stakeholder client models
Comfort working with cross-functional teams and managing timelines
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with benefits administrator, PEO, payroll provider, HRIS, carrier and broker landscape
