Lead and manage project meetings, ensuring all team members are aligned with project goals
Facilitate discussions, helping the team to focus on priorities and make decisions efficiently
Document meeting outcomes and distribute concise recap notes to the team
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Suite
Ability to lead meetings with authority and keep discussions on track
Experience in taking meeting notes and distributing minutes to team members
Availability to work in-office four days a week
Preferred
Knowledge of commercial real estate is a plus
