Northgate Market is a company focused on providing quality services in the maintenance domain. They are seeking a Maintenance Warehouse Technician responsible for day-to-day tasks assigned by the warehouse supervisor, including preparing materials, maintaining equipment, and performing repair work.

Responsibilities

Prepare materials as directed by supervisor

Maintain and clean equipment and work area

Palletize material and/or equipment for shipping

Perform related duties as assigned

Uses power and hand tools to perform repair and maintenance work

Drives trucks to transport equipment as needed

May initiate purchase order for parts and machines

Able to work well in a team environment, coordinating workflow closely with maintenance personnel

Self-starter who is capable of managing multiple projects and meeting critical internal and external deadlines

Sufficient strength and physical dexterity to perform related duties and responsibilities of this job, including heavy lifting

Truck drivers must be able to pass a standard drug test and qualify as being 'drug‑free' under the legal and medical guidelines permitted by the Drug‑Free Workplace Act of 1988

All other employees not subject to the U.S. Department of Transportation drug and alcohol rules and comparable state laws must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test, which will not screen for non-psychoactive cannabis metabolites
