Responsibilities
Manage 2 AP/AR Clerks and report to the CFO
Own day to day accounting operations while elevating financial processes and controls
Manage cash flow projections banking relationships and lender reporting
Lead budgeting forecasting and long-range financial planning including a rolling five-year plan
Own sales and use tax compliance across multiple states
Manage fixed assets amortization schedules and long-term contract accounting
Partner with operations to improve inventory management controls and reporting
Reduce spreadsheet dependency by identifying automation and system improvements
Collaborate closely with the CFO as a strategic thought partner and operational leader
Qualification
Required
5+ years of full cycle accounting experience
Multi-state tax experience
Inventory control and budgeting experience
Bachelor's degree in Accounting Finance or related field or equivalent experience
Preferred
Experience in multi-state operations inventory or project-based environments
CPA or telecom technology services background
Benefits
