Confidential company is seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner with global HR experience. This highly visible role involves strategic advising and execution of HR functions across various domains including hiring, onboarding, and employee development.

Serve as a strategic advisor to site and regional leadership while also owning day-to-day HR execution
Balance long-term people strategy with practical delivery across hiring, onboarding, employee development, engagement, and HR operations
Qualification
Required
10+ years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years in a senior HR business partner or equivalent leadership role
Experience supporting growing, globally distributed organizations
Strong analytical skills with experience in HR systems, reporting, and data-driven decision-making
Demonstrated success designing and delivering onboarding, engagement, and employee development programs
Solid background in compensation and total rewards programs
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience); HR certification preferred
