Responsibilities

Develop and execute integrated brand marketing strategies for QVC US and HSN, driving awareness, engagement, and loyalty
Lead cross-functional teams including multiple directors and managers across four key areas: Brand Creative (look, feel, tone), Integrated Marketing/Events/Advertising (go-to-market strategies), Customer Marketing & Loyalty (journey optimization), and Brand Social/PR/Talent (talent ROI and organic social)
Manage significant budgets across brand creative, integrated marketing, customer loyalty, and social/PR initiatives
Champion customer insights and data-driven decision-making to inform brand positioning, partnering with C-suite executives to shape company strategy and resource allocation while attracting new prospective shoppers to QVC US and HSN
Partner with merchandising, digital, content, and growth (Social/ Streaming) commerce teams to ensure brand consistency, establish governance frameworks, and maximize business results across all customer touchpoints
Represent the brands externally, building strategic partnerships and elevating our market presence, brand esteem and relevance
Foster a culture of innovation, inclusivity, and high performance across the Brand Marketing function by modeling QVC Group's leadership competencies

Required

15+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience with 8+ years in senior brand roles, ideally in retail, e-commerce, or media, with proven success building and scaling brands
Track record of managing $30M+ budgets and leading brand transformations in fast-paced, customer-focused environments with demonstrated P&L impact
Expertise in digital transformation, data analytics, and omnichannel marketing with deep knowledge of integrated marketing communications across traditional and digital channels
Exceptional executive presence with proven ability to influence C-suite stakeholders, lead diverse teams of directors and managers, and drive results through agility and strategic vision
Demonstrated ability to lead with agility, drive results, and inspire
