Managing essential accounting functions, including Accounts Payable, Escheats, and Third-Party Vendors
Assisting in reconciling assigned general ledger accounts and resolving outstanding items
Collaborating closely with the Payments Team to track and reconcile any fraud and disputes related to debit and credit cards
Qualification
Required
Strong foundation in accounting principles
Minimum of one year of relevant experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Detail-oriented and organized
Strong problem-solving skills
Must be able to pass Background and Drug screening
Preferred
Familiarity with full-service financial institutions
