Required

Applicants may be just graduating from law school or an LL.M. program or may have one year of experience in a large law firm
Candidates must have excellent academic credentials
Candidates must demonstrate a commitment to ethics
Candidates must be highly motivated and hard-working
Candidates must be able to work with minimal supervision
Candidates with work experience must be a member of the Utah Bar, or be willing to take the Utah Bar
If not currently a member of the Utah Bar, candidates with work experience must be a member of the Bar of another U.S. state

Preferred

An LL.M. in tax and/or an accounting degree would be helpful
Candidates with work experience should have experience in one or more of the following practice areas: non-profits, estate planning, corporate and partnership taxation, international tax and ERISA
