Required

Bachelor's degree
3+ years of demonstrated line management experience in the pharmaceutical industry
Proven leadership and people management capabilities
Valid driver's license and safe driving record
Demonstrate a strong understanding of pharmaceutical products, disease states, and treatment guidelines within the primary care setting
Apply expertise in sales metrics, market analysis, and budget management to drive performance
Share actionable insights to guide brand strategy and influence business decisions
Coach and develop approximately 9 sales representatives to enhance performance and professional growth, including in-field customer engagement

Preferred

7+ years of pharmaceutical people management experience
Established subject matter expertise in formulary management and PBMs
Demonstrated experience in scientific or evidence-based selling, preferably within specialty or complex therapeutic areas
Skilled in consultative dialogue, building trust with prescribers who are data-driven and skeptical of promotional messaging
Familiarity with the Boston-area healthcare ecosystem, including academic medical centers and integrated delivery networks (IDNs), is a plus
