Advanced Manufacturing Engineer, Sr Adv

Responsibilities
Lead development of control plans, process maps, PFMEAs
Conduct time studies and analyze data to drive process improvements
Demonstrated success in process optimization, continuous improvement, and cost reduction initiatives
Proficient problem-solving, communication, and project management skills
Relevant experience in a production/manufacturing engineering role
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, develop, and implement capacity models for investments in advanced manufacturing technologies
Analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
Provide technical expertise and guidance to manufacturing teams
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
Managing projects from ideation to implementation
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
8 + years of experience in manufacturing for aerospace or similar field
2+ years of experience in managing projects through ideation and technical implementation
2+ years of manufacturing floor support, including troubleshooting equipment like automation, torque tools and fixtures
Lean six sigma green belt
Preferred
Desired Advanced Engineering degrees like Industrial Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, ME (Mechanical Engineering) etc. based on job title
Lean six sigma black belt
Hands on experience in mechanical troubleshooting
Manufacturing experience understanding laser marking, braze processes, fixturing and tooling
Project management experience
Ability to work independently
An open, honest, and team-oriented personality
Eagerness to get involved in hands-on work
Willingness to learn new technologies
